This past weekend, we hosted Word of Life for their annual Teen Retreat.  This was the first group, outside of the staff to officially use the new Sky Swing.  The Sky Swing is a 40 foot high thrill ride, where a person is attached and pulled up by a group of people.  When they release the hook, they go flying over the pond for quite a ride.  The photo shows Chris connecting one of the teens into the swing.  Summer is getting close and there have been a lot of registrations pouring in. We ask for your continued prayer as we finish out the retreat season in May and gear up for a busy summer. We invite you to drop us a note and tell us how you are doing.

This coming September, Johanna and I have the opportunity to return to Brazil once again, but this trip will be a little different than the others. We will not be training and taking a team from the camp with us this year, but we will be training a team that's already there, a Brazilian team! I have been asked to help in the training of Brazilian students for local missions trips and eventually cross-cultural missions. It's exciting to have this opportunity to disciple people that we have ministered to in the past. If you would like to be a part of this ministry with us, you can. We need people who will stand behind us in prayer and financial support. The total cost of the trip will be about $2,800 for both of us.
